Looking for key tax opportunities and making progress on your goals.

We work on topics like insurance, estate planning, and tax planning to take advantage of year-end timing.

SPRING

AKA: Tax season.

We help you get ready for your filing and work with your CPA (as needed) to make sure our tax plan is effectively put into action.

For many clients, this makes the process less stressful.

SUMMER

Availability when you need us, monitoring and management while you're away.

We value summer as a time of recharge, while keeping your plan on track.

Our clients typically experience an average of 32 touchpoints per year

(yes, we counted!)

Transparency is an important part of building a relationship. We share our fees openly, and feel confident in the quality and value of our work.

You get:

  • 2–4 Annual Meetings

  • CW Investment Management

  • Regular Advisor Access (phone, text, email, video)

  • Ongoing plan development

  • Coordination with other professionals

  • Continual tax planning

YOUR FEE IS BASED ON:

  • Upon signing our agreement, we'll assess a one-time fee which covers initial setup and account preparation.

This fee is typically $3000, but can range higher (or lower) depending on your total assessed annual fee.

(one-time payment)

AND:

  • Your annual fee is based on volume of assets that we manage, and follows a decreasing percentage with increasing amounts:

Regardless of volume, we charge a minimum of $12,000/year.

(billed quarterly)

We'll assess your total fee after we have a no-cost intro conversation. We determine fees based on complexity as well as volume of assets managed.
